Nick is a financial and business consultant with over fifteen years of diversified experience in the real estate, technology and financial services industries. Nick is a certified CPA in Australia and has worked in Australia, the UK and the United States. Nick has worked for Lend Lease Corporation, Price Waterhouse consulting, Arthur Andersen (real estate consulting) and Soros Private Funds Management. Most recently he has managed the successful growth of two software businesses in the United States, Manhattan Software (rated #1 in the IWMS sector by Gartner) and Cougar Software, the leader in real estate performance management.  Today he specializes in advising companies on growth strategies, M&A and market positioning.

At Andersen, Nick headed up the firm’s Real Estate Technology and e-Business practice and was on the Global Real Estate and Hospitality executive team. At Soros, Nick worked with both the Real Estate and Private Equity funds and associated portfolio companies, helping them execute on their strategic plans.

Nick has considerable experience with helping new businesses create and implement a appropriate operating infrastructure, create effective marketing and business tools, develop strategic and channel partnerships, and raise outside capital to grow the business. He is an entrepreneurial spirit and has a valuable source of banking, private equity and venture capital contacts active in the media and entertainment space.

Nick graduated from the University of New South Wales (Australia) with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Finance in 1990, and obtained his CPA in 1998. He is currently on the Board of Directors for Variety – The Children’s Charity NY.

He is a dual Australian and British citizen.
