David is an Executive Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., a global real estate service provider. In addition to his considerable real estate expertise, he is both an attorney and a certified public accountant. David utilizes his extensive background and knowledge base to provide his clients with a competitive advantage for each transaction. During his career, David has been successful in both the landlord and tenant representation areas, and has represented many prominent owners, as well as many high-profile tenants.

Prior to joining C&W, David was an Executive Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, formerly Insignia/ESG, having been with the firm since 1991.David also spent more than six years as Vice President and General Counsel for Solow Realty and Development Company, where he directed the leasing activities of 2 million square feet of office and retail space in Manhattan, including, most notably, 9 West 57th Street.

In 2000, David was honored as a co-recipient of the Real Estate Board of New York’s most Creative Retail Deal of the Year Award for his work involving the leasing of the 105,000 square foot Toys ‘R Us flagship at 1530 Broadway in Times Square.

David is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, The Stores Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York (former Chairman), The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association.

David resides with his wife, Karen, and their two children, Alexander and Rebecca, in Manhattan.
